I have not been through this process before so can someone please advise ;
1. I assume there will be an application form with the prospectus. Can the application form be signed scanned and emailed back to BRK ( not snail mailed )
2. I assume you need to list the current broker / HIN # where your expired options sat ( so BRK can verify ) HOWEVER can you list a different broker / different HIN # for the new series to go to ?
