LOL, It getting silly, I see many posters cooking up all sort of theories..
You really think Dr M care about Lynas.. .Geez. especially is an Australian Co. that pays no tax.
His strategy knowing him is let his ministers etc. do all his dirty work. Grind lynas down. And be seen by the public of keeping election promise.
In his ministerial report card today if he keeps one. He will be putting an A on Yeo's performance.
Bear in mind not necessarily he wants Lynas to get out of Malaysia but to put pressure on the co. to do better in all accounts. Since he felt that previous gov't basically gave everything to Lynas and he doesn't like it.
When Lynas eventually chooses to continue to stay in Malaysia then it will be on the Gov't terms and they can claim they force lynas to do better etc..
If Lynas chose to leave. No problem, they win in the public's eyes either way.
