How is this deal in any shape or form good for OCV.
They told the party I know of that they had 25 offers in relation to PIF. It seems strange that the "best offer" is from effectively a related party given that even the one I know of was better for OCV shareholders and came from an institution who manage billions.
CS in my view has lowered himself to the level of the former board
