    So the RMS "deal" is not full of "What ifs and Maybes"....... thats all i can see from what they have released - No Detail = no real Plan

    Your worried about dilution... what happens if RMS is successful i the T/O - They need to issue over 120M+ shares and spend $10m before even breaking ground, and even before exploring the resource further

    That's Dilution if ive ever seen it
