Why are you worried , the shares and cash go to you people !
Coupla ways at looking at this ...one is RMS purchasing an asset .
Another is to view the process as a merger of unequals .
Whichever way you look at it RMS becomes a bigger company and it's just a matter of whether they pay too much or too little to accomplish that .
So enlarging the share registry doesn't neccessarily imply dilution .
Anyway with large holders backing the RMS bid and many posters here indicating they like it too I think it's all over bar the shouting .
I do have some sympathy for the likes of you and Pints as I've been in similar positions . but by the standard of your own independant expert it's a fair price ...better than ALK .
Instead of a potential gold mine you will now be exposed to real mines making real cash , bonanza grades and a cashpile .(Except some part of your investment is STILL that potential gold mine .
Win/win .
