Kojack, I get your thinking on the idea of starting some small scale mining ie getting some feed to the mill but I think it's a bit premature.
I think try needs to establish an outline for the pit and preliminary pit design, you don't want to put in haul roads into the pit and find you have to move them.
They are yet to confirm if the mineralisation a steep dip NE structure or falter NE structure and are yet to test the NW mineralisation. I think it's clear from this announcement that while it's encoraging to have these great drill hits there is a lot of unknowns at the moment and a lot of work needs to be done.
Having said that getting the haul from Ohio Creek to the plant, fixing that bridge and getting the mining lease happening now makes sense. I'd say that may take 6 months at least and by then them will have a better understanding of the mineralisation and be close to being able to start mining.
