The US could have a recession,at least the talk has been reduced to recession and not depression.
Obama,bush,greenspan,yellon ,hmmm how to put this nicely.I can't ,so combined they all set the US economy for a depression.
Debt is a concern,but who created the debt,,when you stuff the no1 economy with bad policy creating massive debt the only way out is more good debt and of absolute importance a balance in trade.
Of course our genius govts say we need foreign investment,bs we need to learn how to value add so we don't need foreign investment.
If not for our coal exports australia could not afford its current and past bad policies including nbn.
I still believe if a US recession happens tls at current prices is a stock i would prefer to hold compared to most asx listed stocks.
