I reckon this is looking more like buying support getting ready for a Placement and Debt Funding agreement.
Someone previously said $140 Million, if correct i reckon a bit of both debt and stock.
Wont look back once thats in place IMHO.
Looking like its getting ready to leave the station, just like the Train carrying his Iron Ore the other day.
