The timing of this announcement strait on the heels of the European offer offer is obviouly no coincidence
Must have been used to forestall any knowledge of that bid ever seeing the light of day
However in the final analysis hoever takes over still has to gain the confidence of existing investors if we get screwed the fund will be decimated by withdrawals and worthless to all and sundry
