As a previous shareholder looking to re-enter, I am a bit late to the party. Reading the announcements and comments ,I am not clear on the rationale of an AIM listing. What volume of business is European to justify this? Do they believe it is easier to raise capital? (BTW, they seem to have an extraordinary appetite for new funds). Maybe the directors like living in Chelsea?

Whatever, I can't find any justification to add another element of risk and documentation.
