I see your point clearly now and it is a good one
Even though i am a PIF holder and desperate to see them start paying dividends again I cant see much justification for this deal for OCV investors unless they were being pressured by RBOS to the point where the assets of the PIF were in imminent danger of being firesaled
Unfortunately your only hope is ASIC and having been that route once before on a different matter where i wasted a yearv of my life for nothing i do not like your chances .
