I don't see anything on the Infigen website about this. That means it is not an official stance as yet. Australian might be stirring the pot?
Labor is quite likely to be in Government next year. They have a emission cut target of 45% of 2005 levels. That should put a rocket under LGC prices. Possibly also put a squeeze on the shorters.
