The general market is skeptical about anything that isn't either a quick play (like some of the bio stocks that have been ramped recently) or a gold plated certainty. What really gets stocks solidly moving is when BIG investors (funds, instos etc.) start taking positions, and right now they are parking their funds in cash and are out of equities.

Nobody can read the market at the moment, and share prices have very little to do with fundamentals. The people left in the market are selling out big on bad news and buying little on good news. I am not saying we won't get a re-rate on news, I just think it won't be as big a reaction as in more buoyant market PLUS every rise is vulnerable to being stuffed-up by traders. 

Blame the market not the stock.
