Is this the start of re-stocking for the post New Year period beating in mind transit times?
Given the low inventories both of ore and finished product this could turn around quite sharply IMO
add in the China economic plan for 2019 being discussed, Trump making peace (because does like what the CNN DJIA ticker is doing- he’s apparently glued to it ) and who knows?
