Was in the city all day yesterday. Yum cha followed by shopping, never seen MYER busier. Wife and sister in law adore MYER and its specialty brands, boys went to the pub, ladies came back 3 hours later with bags and bags of MYER product.
People still love MYER. There is a very good reason people like myself and WAM are buying MYER shares right now. Look at the numbers, think about the cycle, forget the narrative of retail is dead. Retail is cyclical.
