That's allot better deal than the $25 +2 million Chinese & sophisticated investor deal.
I wonder if they have woken up to the fact that they are going to pay over 50-85% premium above the .06 cents conversion deal offer with JHY, and no 16% interest, that's of course if they're able come up with the cash.
All the time, more & more dilution.
Still hanging in there though.
