This reminds me of ARE back when they were trading below the 1c mark. They did a Soph placement at a slight discount to the rights issue first and everyone got cross as all hell (it was at 0.55c compared to 0.6c for the rights issue). I participated and got scaled back by around 30% - few months later it went to 3c and all was forgiven.

Let's see if we can share a similar story here. I think the fact that the Chinese didn't take up their placement really put them in a conundrum and hence why they seem to be coming back for more. Hopefully they're using this rights issue to reward the loyal shareholders for the roller-coaster ride this stock has been.
