Olay Magnetic Power Infuser, page-11

Could someone please clarify for me if my understanding is correct. I am thinking Baker young is a broker and as such doesnt actually have a "holding" in obj. Rather they reccomended their clients to buy it through their company, hence b&y apparently buying. Now their clients seem to be selling either due to b&y advice or off their own decision. Is that correct?? Just trying to understand how it all works as b&y seem to have been a factor for years in apparently supporting then dropping obj repeatedly?
