How did we know it was b&y management that held a lot of shares? Were they listed as substantial holders or was it just speculation. Sometimes it seems like brokers never actually own anything they just direct clients to get in and out to generate brokerage. That along with fees for running CR's seems to make them very rich without actually risking holding super spec companies like obj it seems. Would love to know if anyone from by did actually directly hold but dont know how you find that out.
