if MIS and MMX get together, they will both get 50% infrastructure rather than half chance of getting nothing. MIS is a sitting duck now anyway. They did say they accepted the offer, IN THE ABSENCE of a higher offer. A script offer from MMX would not be good for the MMX share price as we have seen previously with MMX and BHP
