I have read the offer and it looks like I get 1.hyr share for every 3.75 VTI unless you have an un-markable parcel of less than 20000 VTI and you live in uk they pay you out in cash.
I hope this merging of companies and technoligy will final generate profit and maybe see a rise in share price.
The vti managment must feel like dick#eads to be taken over by a company it sold off.
