I believe a larger SP movement is imminent. From a technical perspective the SP has traded within a short range since end of March with the Bollinger squeezing, often a sign of a possible break out. I also like the Twiggs Moneyflow index which points to accumulation.

Further, the federal budget is presented next week and I think we will see increased spending in alternative energy sources. Also, the project enters into another critical srage. Then add the additional options at 2$ and I am optimistic that we could see a movement into higher prices.
