NMDC started sueing the state on Monday, court hearing Jan 10
this was just from left field the whole donimalai issue on the exact timing of the board meeting to approve our deal. Terrible coincidence and just an eye opener to rogue politics/ corruption within india IMO. Donimalai closed since 3rd Nov....damages will be building.
