It probably has to involve Aristo because that's the only asset without a legal cloud over it. Although, I'm not sure there is enough value there given the business is performing poorly. The Megabank debt is still US39.9m, even half that secured against Aristo by the Lims, in your scenario, would be a struggle to pay with 50% of Aristo earnings.
