you may be right, we got a speeding ticket last time on the way up to 2c didn't we, back in Nov. seems they a have learnt their lesson.
Why are they putting so much effort into control and accummulation? surely if they were serious they could just approach the company and probably get a handsome placement for 1.5c.... that said, maybe they tried and we told "thanks but no thanks".
