Every opperator that's been around as long as WPL will have had failures, and at Chinquetti it was more about the geology, not getting the job done ...the best lessons learned are from results like a that and the reason SNE is taking so long to develop is because the amount of evaluation that has gone on to avoid geological results like they had at Chinquetti IMO....
A lot of FARites don't like WPL but they are a very successfull Company , more with Gas than Oil....the other JV partners vote on what's done by the operator and have the same data.
