But we are in weak markets, steel demand is softening, which offsets some of rebar standards increase in demand.
This outlook seems very short-term, imo, as in til end of 2018. Same can be said of the Sharemarket.
The uncertainty is there, however, particularly w/ the oppies (again, end of 2018).
