This is exactly the kind of crap that has been going on for years and ASX and ASIC seems to think it is acceptable. Well enough is enough as I have reported this corrupted trading behaviour to my federal politician rep back in September and she has written a letter to the Treasurers Office asking for an explanation on ASX and ASIC malpractices as this does not provide a level playing field for retail investors. I chased up my federal politician rep and she has stated the following:

“Please don’t be alarmed at the length of time it has taken for a reply to be received – in my experience, it can take some months for Ministers to reply to queries, particularly detailed or specific ones.”

I strongly suggest all you retail investors put in a complaint and meet with your federal politician and ask your rep to submit a letter to the treasurers office demanding something needs to be done about this as ASX and ASIC are not clearly doing anything to protect us retailers.
When I first mentioned this kind of behaviour to my federal politician rep, she said that I was not the first person to bring this kind of ASX and ASIC corrupted behaviour as she had been approached by other retail investors!

Hopefully once I receive a response from the treasurers office then I will endeavour to keep you informed.
The more of us we raise and shout about out concerns via our politician reps then there is more likely something will get done about this and the only people that can kick ASX and ASIC backsides is the Treasurers office as ASX reports to ASIC and then ASIC reports into the Treasurers office.
I am so fed up with bots, manipulation, instos and traders getting preferrential treatment over retailers does not provide a level playing field hence I felt I had to go and see my politician rep to get this escalated.
