This is usual SP action from my limited experience. Just means cheaper shares for those in the game for mid plus term. Vanadium is not sexy, so no sexy reaction.
However, AVL and timelines. I would be more inclinded to think things will take longer than they say especially if things are imminent. I have made peace with this.
