If you look at the CS schedule that was in the AGM presentation you will see that the preliminary SEC filing of a prospectus happens at week 8 .. so after that its another 13 weeks in their schedule .. so RSOL following a similar path. The question remains .. where are we in the 21 week process?? Could we see a SEC filing soon perhaps????
