interim manager doesn't appear to be a defined term, whereas 'Manager' is. you can see in the clause that the wording is "....interim Manager" (lower case i, upper case M).
so basically there is only one Manager and the word interim takes the dictionary meaning, and without being separately defined the interim manager does not appear to provide for separate rights and obligations to that of the Manager given they are one and the same.
