Perhaps the decoupling theory kicks in now?
Energy, Resources and badly beaten banks are catching up with speculative money.
I believe in Asia - their banks were not as beaten down as ours and perhaps funds are coming back to scope undervalued shares(?). I feel that fears have abated at this moment.
