ANZ say they were Custodians for ANZ (Fed Court)
All Title passes and beneficial interest now resides with ANZ
ANZ's collateral and security has been imediately enhanced at this point of time
At the point of time the client lodged shares with ANZ ..ANZ recieved a Benefit
ANZ was aware of the Opes FSG ..they endorsed it
Wasnt there a duty on ANZ an economic beneficiary to ensure the client was at least provided the disclosures required under the corporations act?
