Received an email from Nextleaf. They're listing on the CSE as OILS now via a reverse takeover style arrangement with a Legion Metals Corp.
"Nextleaf is completing a go public transaction, with an expected January listing date as CSE:OILS. Through its agent Mackie Research Capital, the company is raising $7MM at $0.35 per unit, which includes one common share and one full warrant exercisable at $0.70. The offering is being done at a $27MM pre-money valuation to accredited investors. We will be closing our President’s List in the next two week."
