    • ENTERED A WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH NOTEHOLDER WHERE IT HAS AGREED TO DEFER DRAWDOWN UNDER CONVERTIBLE NOTE AGREEMENT UNTIL 31 JAN 2019
    • NOTES WILL STILL CONVERT AT SAME CONVERSION PRICE, NAMELY $0.03 PER NOTE
