Firstly let me say welcome on your first post on HC, however I note you have been a member since 2005??? Any particular reason for the debut post, lol!

Anyways, to answer your question the market has already been made aware of the litigation so therefore it has already been factored into the sp imho.

I notice that your sentiment denotes that you hold Centro scrip, so as a prudent investor I am sure you would have already done a lot of research on Centro yourself, as well as followed the CNP threads and of course the media reporting surrounding same.

I wish I had a crystal ball to be able to tell everyone what was going to happen with Centro in the ensuing days/weeks/months ahead, but alas like everyone else I do not so as long as you are confident in your belief that Centro will survive and have its debt & legal issues resolved then you should be able to sleep well this weekend.

Anyways, that's just my ramblings after a glass of wine, lol.
