This BOD is on their way out - they couldn't give a rats ballbag imho about retail investors that's for sure & displayed by the obviousness of the situation - who does that?

Dreaming on - since they just got voted, in their favour, another 12 months of unfettered $$$ in their kitties so they have that strong point to bargain with - still Investec is my take.
A long swindle period - prolly been coming to a head for a while with the powers that be given the past ass saving behind the scenes activity wheelin & dealings, politics & in particular the Investec position coming to a contractual conclusion.
The dilutive effect is the main concern & the amount of it. Somebody shout blow dilution up I once heard a wise man say...
