Can tell you right now this is nothing but getting in line first......trust me when I say:

1.) There will be significant difficulty proving this case, IMO...

2.) The vicarious liability of the entire company rather than the individual will make for an interesting case, especially given certain interest free loans, IMO....

3.) These lawyers are looking for settlement rather than trial, otherwise they would have filed earlier...there is cheap stock on sale at the moment........
