Being dated shows that the Chinese have been installing MBR for well over a decade.  They also have researchers further developing the process and obtaining many patents over subsequent years.  

 

Chinese not sitting on hands but are installing wwt to rural areas.  These links from a few minutes googling.

CGGC was the only partner to give a nibble, out of about ten or so, and that turned out a fizzer, though potential investors were (mis)led to believe it was a done deal.  Not a major order received out of any partner anywhere in China, in about two years now.  The word "ramp" was being bandied around as well, from memory.

 

Yes the Directors irresponsibly kept pumping the China promise in their ann’s for motives which they only know; a lot of ppl subsequently got burned; and maybe even ol’ Ron got sucked in by the spin as well.  regards.
