Yep, every cycle has to be exactly the same, there is never a single time an el nino can be off by 3minutes, otherwise its climate change.
So yep, we have no water, but we grow rice and cotton in a country with no rivers and we're shocked when its all dry, wow its so complicated and that perky climate change rid us of all that water. How strange the river is empty!
