The market always gets hammered with people taking their cash out for holidays and Xmas presents. Come the end of January people settle back into life and investors look to put their money to work again. IMO it's perfect timing, and anyone participating in the CR and have the patience will be fortunate for a share price rise on listing day.If it would have listed in December it would have been a disastrous start.
The directors might have even planned it at all this way. If not, it's definitely a blessing in disguise for the company.
