Edison Metals takes the the whole BMM stake for 20 shares as a wholly owned subsiduary.
Likely Paganins footprint on here to seperate BMM from POS and create a separate holding vehicle called Edison to avoid legal & financial consequences of mixing entities, a nice payday for Paganin!
How much are they paying him to be a director of POS? on top of the POS directors fees?
Looks to be a move like Gina did in AGO to have subsidiaries launching the bids so her main entity & her as director is clear of it and just funds it.
some funny business going on.
Looks like they are getting ready, only a few months to go before their POS TO chance is lost.
