They are over a barrel getting spanked by Investec as we speak. Their only option is to put shareholders over the barrel and spank away in defiance of their position.
Meanwhile shareholders are left spanking themselves & each other around the park looking for answers & clinging to every bit of positive info they can get.
Is ultimately passed on to shareholders 5% dilution of holdings & 5% total funds out of shareholders pockets is what they are asking.
They are not saying buy some cheap shares, they are saying they need $$$ from the loyal shareholders just in case you are skimping on that aspect.
