A BOD is set in place to act on behalf of the shareholders and make $$$s,
IMO, I would rather trust them to do the job without having to report every move on site.... Do you also want to know every time the loaders are fuelled ??, do you also want to know what flavoured ice cream is at the camp ???, do you want to know what brand of biscuits are in the crib room ??? or do you want them to carry on and make money for you, especially at times like this when the entire sector is being hit hard.
For all we know, they may have sent one of those shiploads for free..... yes FREE..... It is their call as we don't know (and not entitled to know) about contractural arrangements or negotiations.
