I don't know a lot about card platforms but feedback I've been given is that Multos is quite expensive compared to its competitors. I have a partner who works for one of the card manufacturers so I can probably get some feedback from him.

Re Felica, I will believe it when I see it (in terms of global expansion). I'm in Tokyo at the moment for work and there are an absolute plethora of different contactless standards, some falling under the NFC standards and others not.
