We really need more than proxy, we need action.

I would like to take this opportunity to say it again here, don't pin your hope in relisting.

The interest of ordinary shareholders is not aligned with that of CS's. Why? because he can restore his value through the backdoor deal. But ordinary shareholdres can not. The only way is to close this backdoor to force him to align his interest with that of ours.

BB and others remember CS has margin call at around 50c?
Well, if all those assets slipped into Wellington's hands, there is little chance you can relist at 50c.

In other words, CS is ready to let OCV to sink.
