Not sure how I am trying to scare anyone given the stock is in a trading halt, on a weekend break and with the actual news to come. Now seems the most useless time to scare people..
Just pointing out a CR is on the cards, which you seem to agree somewhat with.
Perhaps PLS needs additional funding for the downstream plant that is in the wings?
We will find out in a few days anyhow.
Maybe they have secured additional debt to fund the capex but given the debt already on the books (which would have it's own caveats) I am wondering who (and at what cost) would lend. Particularly if there is to be investment in downstream activity as well in the future.
