This is dragging on and as you say, Uran has been done to death so I doubt you'll see much effort at this stage from holders to bother justifying their position.
Regarding support for further fund raising. For myself, I have three stocks that have gone great, are still going great and should at least continue this year to go great. I try to top up on those but I also have enough confidence at the moment to get a few more URA. If the ann we expect this month comes, it's a new ball game regarding funding. If no ann then, I'll simply reassess my view at the time fund raising is wanted.
It would be nice to reduce it to a black and white answer but you're not going to get that. Similarly, I would say there are only two distinct camps at times of news / announcements. Past performance has a great chance of being erased on a good ann.
