I have purchased quite a few items from Kogan, both before, and after Christmas. Whilst delivery has not been next day, has always been quick enough to keep me more than satisfied.
Kogan's name is still not "out there" enough. Several news reports on Christmas and Boxing Day sales discussing shop-fron and on-line sales failed to mention anything about Kogan. They need to do more advertising, as a number of my friends (who often buy online) are still ignorant of their existence.
I think we are in for a reasonable year ahead. With a number of exciting verticals just getting off the ground (one or two may not meet expectations!!) revenues are likely to continue to grow. Keeping costs under control, and promotions are the key here.
