I suspect he's playing it safe. Fact is, you may be right about not getting high enough in time. However, good flow rates/reserves news/prospects could see this rally well into the teens at least - surely??!! Only needs to get there by April. A share price at 20c makes a certainty of it and I'll be very disappointed if good news does not see AT LEAST 20c.

Only reason it wouldn't is if results are poor … or, everything takes longer than anticipated. That was the reasoning behind buying OB's in the first place: allowing for the unexpected!
